I am a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner with an exceptional track record in delivering multidisciplinary projects, strategic business change transformations and establishing programme offices (PMO). Driving projects to balance the needs of the business, their customers and its people. Experience developed across global, world-class organisations and departments in Manufacturing, Healthcare and Telecommunications, in Finance, Information Technology and Operations.Accomplished in working in complex organisations, I lead project teams in implementing change to existing work streams, delivering new policies and procedures to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and to meet regulatory and compliance commitments.Am able to adapt to the Agile methodology, breaking down large scale projects into effective controlled segments, identifying ‘quick wins’ to maintain momentum and motivation.
