In September 2021, I joined Amazon\'s WW Ops Compensation team to create a new business intelligence team focusing on creating scalable solutions to support the employee experience.I have +15 years of experience in the HR and analytics space. Over the past six years with Amazon I have created 3 different teams from the ground up to support different facets of Recruiting at Amazon including Global Recruiting Operations, Campus Recruiting, and Tech Recruiting. My latest role will now be my 4th attempt. I am passionate about people leadership and consulting on business strategy. The role of analytics is ever-evolving and my goal is to make data actionable and insightful for my customers.
