Through extensive involvement in university initiatives and volunteering roles, I have gained many industry skills.I have a demonstrated record of project management from holding nearly 10 university leadership roles during my 3 year degree. I can successfully motivate teams, whether working on a 9-month long multiple-murder appeal, or organising a 22-wide university hall sports day. I coordinated 5 recruitment processes from conception to delivery, starting by liaising with external charities to see what opportunities they had for students, and working out an appropriate recruitment timeline. I then screened applications, scheduled interviews and organised training sessions for successful candidates.I further have exceptional negotiation experience, through participation in several negotiation tournaments where I reached the final stages of the competitions. Finally, I have maintained a strong academic history and have partially funded the last 5 years of education through academic scholarships and 2 part-time jobs.I am currently seeking opportunities where I can combine these skills with my multilingual, international background.
