Biologist, specializing in bats and soils. 🦇Passionate, analytical environmental consultant, specializing in soil, biological, and environmental science, namely promoting the conservation, protection, & enhancement of wildlife and soil. Possessing over 7 years of experience in analytical & field soil science, over 4 years of experience in environmental due diligence, delineating, permitting, and compliance, and over 3 years of experience in wildlife surveys (namely expanding areas of expertise to include bat biology). Key sectors served include: mining, data centers, renewables (wind & solar), oil & gas, power & transmission, & government.Experienced professional with extensive experience in efficiently executing:• Numerous wildlife and threatened/endangered species surveys, including bat presence/absence (acoustics & mist-netting), habitat, soil stability, vegetation communities, invertebrate host plants, ornithology (migratory birds, nesting birds, raptors), and herpetology (amphibians, reptiles, desert tortoise). • Wetlands delineations and wetlands Section 404 permitting approval through governing agencies, as well as assisting in the subsequent site development, design, construction, and compliance. • Environmental due diligence, feasibility, & compliance. Holds and maintains both Erosion & Sediment Control as well as Storm-water Management Inspector Certifications. Also, capable of performing and Phase I & II Site Assessments, per the current ASTM standards.• Analytical data screening & technical report writing.I am most grateful to expand both my learned knowledge and experiences along with my network of client communication and relationships, with the overarching goal of sustainable project management and obtaining my Licensed Professional Soil Scientist (LPSS), Certified Wildlife Biologist (CWB), and Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) certifications, as well as my federal permit for scientific collection/native threatened and endangered species recovery (namely for bat species).
