My adoration for cannabis has been resolute. Upon Canadian legalization, I found it difficult to support or be grateful for the progress achieved. Anger & feelings of being cheated overwhelmed me. Nothing aligned with my expectations. I refused to purchase cannabis from corporate entities, & limited availability & inferior quality perpetuated my disappointment. Witnessing consumers queuing outside for hours while the provinces struggled to regulate supply & improve operations became nauseating. There had to be a better way. Then, someone said,\"Why don\'t you take action?\" It had never crossed my mind. What could I do? I was just one individual amidst a sea of anxious licensees and ill-advised investments. Then it hit me: Be present. Be an active participant. Dive in, work tirelessly to create change.The more people engage in being the change, the closer we come to establishing Canadian Rec Cannabis as we desire it. So, I did exactly that. After 5 years, 2 ventures in retail, & involvement with 3 licensed producers, I am committed to sharing my knowledge, constantly learning, & forming lasting connections with fellow enthusiasts. I aspire to provide comprehensive cannabis education for consumers & budtenders, striving to be the catalyst for change, knowing that there is still a long road ahead. I am an educated professional with a strong academic background & a deep passion for the intricacies of B2B relationships. My journey has been shaped by a commitment to excellence, & I have channeled my knowledge & expertise into a successful passion as a Key Account Manager. My approach is defined by a dedication to understanding the unique needs of each client, fostering lasting connections, & consistently delivering exceptional results. My academic achievements have provided me with a strong foundation, & my experience has honed my ability to navigate complex business landscapes.
