ABOUT ELYAA A.

At Lorama Group, my role as a Chemist for the past three years has been integral in sustainable product development. With a focus on coatings technology, I leverage my expertise in chemical safety and quality assurance to support the development and testing of innovative and sustainable products for various industries. Academically, I hold dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Honours Chemistry and Honours Biology from York University, where I developed a strong foundation in both chemical and biological sciences. Additionally, I earned a Coatings Technology Diploma from the Canadian Paint & Coatings Association, enhancing my expertise in the formulation, application, and performance of coating systems. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Chemistry at York University, focusing on advanced research and practical applications in the field. Concurrently, I am completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs & Quality Operations, which deepens my knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality standards within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. I am also in the process of completing my Certificate at University of Toronto in Upskilling in Biomanufacturing which further enhances my knowledge on bioprocess foundations, quality assurance management and good manufacturing practice in biomanufacturing. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving, I aim to apply my expertise to real-world challenges, particularly in the areas of sustainability, product innovation, and regulatory compliance. I thrive in collaborative environments that value innovation, and I am dedicated to contributing to advancements that positively impact both industry practices and public health outcomes.
