Lead data scientist and manager of the Advanced Bone and Soft-Tissue Imaging (ABASTI) laboratory in the musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging department.• The ABASTI project is a collaborative intra- and inter-departmental effort that involves the development and validation of functional MRI sequences: Susceptibility-Weighted Imaging (SWI), Perfusion-Weighted Imaging (PWI), and Diffusion-Weighted Imaging (DWI). We aim to better characterize and predict responses in soft-tissue sarcomas and MSK oncology using tumor biomarkers and therapy-induced changes demonstrated by SWI, PWI, and DWI.
