My role as a care worker involves the day to day support of individuals in their homes. Tasks vary from domestic support, personal care, companionship, respite support, grocery shopping, making meals, walking the dog, calendar planning, driving clients to medical appointments, chemists, supermarkets, postoffice (and so on), taking them for outings to parks or lunch. It is also my responsibility to report back my tasks and report any incidents. I treat my clients with kindness, compassion and smile. I have built lovely long standing relationships that benefit both the client and myself, making it an enjoyable and pleasant experience for us all each time.
