As a Fintech Business Analyst for Seattle Bank, my focus is on helping build successful, sustainable partner banking collaborations as we enable fintechs and brands to provide financial solutions within their brand experience. A customer-centric and data-driven analyst, I assist with researching new products and innovations, troubleshooting system issues with key technology partners, and creating dashboards to analyze KPIs and provide recommendations for growth opportunities.I joined Seattle Bank as one of the selected participants in their Operations Training Program. After completing the 5 month program, I stepped into my current role as Fintech Business Analyst. I graduated from University of Washington in 2021. I majored in finance and gained a working knowledge of Information Systems, including database management, SQL, Python, etc.
