I’m a scientist-turned-strategist with a background in Molecular Biology & Genetics and a Management degree from TUM (graduating Sept 2025). What drives me is simple: turning science into real healthcare impact. Over the past few years, I’ve worked across pharma R&D, project management, and strategy—gaining hands-on experience at Roche, Siemens, and now Stradoo. At Roche, I had the chance to contribute both in research and diagnostics—supporting mass spectrometry analysis and helping transfer biopharma products into manufacturing, all within highly regulated environments. At Siemens, I focused on digital transformation and post-merger integration—building tools to automate workflows, support PMO activities, and align global teams. Currently at Stradoo, I’m diving deeper into market access and life sciences strategy—working on projects around pricing, access, and real-world evidence for pharma clients. I care deeply about helping therapies reach the right patients—faster, smarter, and more equitably. I thrive in complex problems, cross-functional teams, and moments that call for structure, clarity, and momentum.
