   Spearheaded the strategic design and implementation of a new CRM solution for the HIT team, transitioning from a Microsoft form tracker. This initiative significantly enhanced cross-functional collaboration, streamlined processes, and increased engagements. Embedding this level of operational excellence, ensured a positive track to achieving the Precision Health objectives. • As a HIT Project Lead for the Veeva CRM Project, I provided additional training sessions post-implementation, updated and tracked issues, reviewed sprints and collaborated with internal teams and stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into new product features and enhancements to ensure effective functionality. • Worked with the development team to elevate HIT reporting and dashboarding capabilities in newly implemented CRM tool to enhance insight delivery and decision-making.• Co-developed a Working Practice Document (WPD) for the HIT Team to communicate HIT capabilities, in accordance with Legal and Compliance approval. This WPD delineated roles and engagement procedures to enhance cross-functional trust and promoting enhanced collaboration.• Created a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document to establish a consistent approach for the ADHIT onboarding and workflow processes. This SOP outlines the scope of ADHIT operational methods and procedures and serves as an authoritative reference for training purposes.• Coached and mentored new Health Information Technology Associates, by providing guidance and support to help them understand their roles and responsibilities within the organization. • Supported the HIT team\'s RLT structure by developing and monitoring workstreams post-launch, ensuring efficient workflows and insightful data collection.• Won the organization\'s Hackathon competition by presenting an innovative technical idea with significant potential to impact the organization. This win demonstrated my ambition to be a tech multiplier.
