Joined Creams Cafe to develop operational excellence, franchise recruitment, HR, and multi departmental approach. Steered the company through the COVID pandemic to include pivoting the business to a delivery model and then developing a strategic approach to new product implementation and procedures to ensure our restaurants maximised every opportunity. Proud to have developed new concepts and look for the business that resulted in a significant reduction in investment for our franchise partners. Leading a team of two head of operations, area managers, learning and development, new product development, support managers, corporate and franchise estate - we have worked hard to position Creams as the UKs leading dessert parlour, continuing to grow despite the past few years.
