About Erin McNair
I design and scale programs that meet people where they are—whether in classrooms, communities, or digital platforms. With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, education, and social innovation, I specialize in transforming trauma-informed, evidence-based content into accessible, adaptable program models that create real-world impact. At Hope Squad, I lead the transformation of a successful, research-informed curriculum into a nationally scalable program model—one that could be delivered digitally or in-person by schools, communities, and youth-serving organizations. This includes modernizing over 180 lessons, launching the organization’s first randomized controlled trial (RCT), and developing the internal systems, training, and data infrastructure to support over 2,100 active sites across the U.S.I also built the organization’s first student-facing gatekeeper model, internal product and change management systems, and FERPA-compliant dashboards to support impact measurement and continuous improvement.Throughout my career, I’ve built programs that serve military families, neurodiverse individuals, trafficking survivors, and community-based mental health efforts—always combining human-centered design with systems thinking. As founder of VersaMentor, I also advise organizations on inclusion, accessibility, and adaptive program design that puts people first.Whether launching new products, restructuring legacy systems, or building capacity for scale, I help mission-driven teams turn evidence into action.
