Alicia originally joined the company because she loved coffee and invested in Sustainable Harvest Coffee Importers, but during her tenure, Alicia has spearheaded the development of direct trade partnerships that have increased the company\'s presence in the international coffee market. The ability to build long-term relationships with top coffee producers in Latin America and Africa has also ensured that Sustainable Harvest has been able to achieve great success. Alicia also designed and implemented a strong ethical investment framework that aligns financial strategy with Sustainable Harvest\'s core mission of responsible coffee trading. Alicia led the development of the company\'s first Sustainability Impact Report 2023, setting a new benchmark for industry accountability. Alicia launched a high-tech farmer training program that uses mobile technology to provide real-time guidance to coffee growers
