I build and improve digital health and education programs.My career began in clinical nutrition and eating disorder treatment, working directly with patients and interdisciplinary teams. Over time, I became increasingly interested in the systems behind the work, including how programs are structured, how teams coordinate, and how digital tools shape delivery and user experience.Since then, I’ve led and supported large online education and membership programs, managed launches and delivery pipelines, rebuilt CRM and workflow systems, developed SOP documentation during rapid growth phases, and partnered with developers on product and content updates. Most of my work centers on program operations, project management, and digital systems.I’m particularly interested in how modern technology, including emerging AI-enabled tools, can improve the way health and education programs are delivered at scale.Previously known as Lauren Cash.
