Accountable for governance, enablement, execution and assurance of product stewardship, compliance and product sustainability (beyond carbon) for all bp businesses.2. Responsible for leading the Global Product Stewardship (GPS) function of bp and the owner of OMS 7.5 Product Stewardship (internal standard principle and practices).3. Focused on reducing the HSE risks of our bp products, ensuring its compliance, safe and sustainable production, use and handling, delivered a new fit-for-purpose strategy for GPS supported by a leaner organisational structure achieving a cost saving4. Established a collaborative team culture, working as One Team, taking accountability for our work, to improve, simplify and be agile with a \'CAN DO\' attitude. Most of all to care for each other and to feel empowered.5. Enabled the Castrol business to implement the use of multi-layer fold out labels for Europe resulting in a significant reduction in SKUs and a cost saving of approximately $4 to 5 million.Implemented a partnership approach with suppliers of raw materials in obtaining information for compliance assurance of OEM products.6. Through the major restructuring at bp (reinvent bp) in 2020 refined the GPS organizational structure even further, introducing product sustainability, product value chain management and product regulatory advocacy. Also introduced a new product stewardship operational team where all remaining product stewardship and compliance activities were centralised to be deployed back to our bp businesses.7. As a good corporate citizen took on the role of ATIEL Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Technical Committee Chair in 2022.8. Extended the scope and remit of the team to address Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for packaging legislation globally.9. Assumed the role of Board Member on behalf of Castrol Americas on the Board of the National Lubricants Container Recycling Coalition (NLCRC) and the Lubricant Packaging Management Association (LPMA).
