My efforts contribute to the growth and success of our organization by engaging current and potential Arts + Rec participants.In this role, my responsibilities include:• Relationship Building: I cultivate and maintain strong relationships with staff, local businesses, community partners, and participants to enhance support for Walnut Creek Arts + Rec programs.• Advocacy: I act as a passionate advocate for our vital programs, effectively communicating their value and impact to the community.• Branding and Marketing: I collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding strategies that resonate with our target audience and promote our programs effectively.• Community Outreach: I plan and execute outreach initiatives to engage with various segments of the community, prioritizing inclusivity and accessibility to ensure all voices are heard.• Communication and Media Relations: I develop and implement digital, print, and verbal communication strategies to effectively convey the mission, goals, and achievements of Walnut Creek Arts + Rec to diverse audiences.• Event Coordination: I assist in the planning and execution of community events, workshops, and programs to foster community engagement and support.• Administrative Analysis: I conduct general research and analysis to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness through strategic planning and process optimization.
