I believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watching, consistently strive for excellence and respect everyone. I\'m an experienced results-driven research and engagement professional that helps organizations solve complex problems. I excel in a collaborative environment at meaningful work that makes the world a better place. As a researcher I apply inquiry, judgement, knowledge, qualitative and quantitative tools, to draw substantive insights supporting client strategic planning initiatives. Both technical and creative, I demonstrate expert ability to communicate complex issues into plain language. Much of my work over the past two decades has been focused on the real estate sector, delivering data supported strategic marketing consulting services to private land developers, home builders, non-profit housing organizations, and municipalities. I have led cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative and creative award-winning marketing campaigns that deliver results. My research work has addressed complex issues surrounding housing affordability and housing alternatives for seniors and at-risk households. Socio-economic research and analysis is foundational to the housing feasibility studies, need assessments, non-profit housing portfolio assessments, economic impact studies, housing policy analysis, and business plan development work I undertake.
