Over a decade of experience managing projects, leading teams and providing legal and strategic advice to companies, investors and stakeholders on sustainability, particularly social & human rights issues. Internationally-trained bilingual lawyer with degrees from Harvard Law School, Sciences Po Paris, and Sorbonne Paris 1, deep knowledge of sustainability market trends, legal frameworks, and stakeholders. Recognised as “one of the best specialists in France, Europe and beyond, in the field of business and human rights” (Chambers Global 2019, 2020, 2021). Now acting as an independent advisor to companies, investors and international/European organisations. Co-founder of Herbert Smith Freehills’ market leading business and human rights practice. As a director at Principles for Responsible Investment, led a pioneering programme on investors’ management of sustainability impacts and delivery of the SDGs. Permanent lecturer at Sciences Po Paris and ESSEC Business School, member of the expert panel of the French Forum for Responsible Investment and stakeholder advisory council member for a multinational company.
