About Elsa Sanchez

I\'m currently a first generation graduate with a BA degree in Information Science and Arts and a minor in Studio Art. Even before my enrollment at the University of Arizona began I was able to get involved by getting an internship with the School of Information at the Learning Games Initiative Archive, in which I was able to gain early exposure to future professional opportunities.Over the course of my college career I\'ve held several positions at the University of Arizona, in these I developed extensive customer service skills both online and in-person. I\'ve accelerated my graphic design knowledge through creating dynamic learning materials as well as social media coverage which abled me to further develop my communication skills and implement marketing plans. I\'m currently a Visual Designer for the Center for Assessment, Teaching, and Technology at the University of Arizona.As I was born and raised in Sonora, Mexico, in my free time I like to explore Tucson, whether it\'d be finding new hike trails or looking up the most popular restaurants in my area. I also love making and finding art, two of my favorite artists at the moment are James Jean and Eliza Ivanova.
