I’m Elsa, and I serve as the Senior Marketing Manager for the Americas at KITO Crosby, where we are pioneers in lifting, rigging, and material handling solutions. Over the past 20+ years, my journey has spanned industries such as industrial, oil and gas, medical, and non-profit sectors, offering me diverse experiences that I bring to my current role. In collaboration with an incredible team, I help drive our marketing and e-commerce initiatives and integrate cutting-edge Generative AI tools. This role allows me to blend technology with marketing, where we work together to turn complex market challenges into strategic opportunities that elevate our brand’s presence and performance. I’m grateful for the opportunities to grow and learn in this field. I hold credentials like the Certified Online Facilitator from the American Management Association, the Institute of Organizational Management Certificate (IOM), and multiple Generative AI certificates. My passion for process improvement and AI shapes my approach to strategic planning and client engagement. Outside of work, I value giving back to the community, proudly serving on the Board of Trustees for the League of Women Voters of Tulsa. Here, I contribute to empowering our community through education and advocacy. Every day, I am motivated by the power of collaboration and the shared pursuit of innovation and efficiency.
