I’m excited to have joined Pi-Cardia, a fast-growing international medtech company with a strong track record, innovative products, and a mission to address critical unmet medical needs.Working closely with the CEO as part of the leadership team, my focus is on helping the organization scale effectively—translating strategic priorities into clear, aligned plans, strengthening execution, and supporting the company’s next phase of growth and impact. I’m particularly drawn to this stage of the journey: the transition from product–market fit to structured growth, and the challenge of enabling commercialization at scale, especially in complex environments such as U.S. market entry.This step builds on my previous experience, where I spent 7+ years building and leading Falco, a deep-tech maritime startup, from inception to international deployment, gaining hands-on experience across strategy, execution, and scaling in demanding environments.
