Successfully led the installation and commissioning of three state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing lines, incorporating advanced equipment sourced globally: stamping presses (Germany), stamping tooling (USA), forming machines (Italy), liners (France), a furnace (Germany), inspection cameras (USA), and automated conveying and packaging systems (Canada). The first line, with a budget of 2.5 million CAD, marked a significant milestone by producing a new product line for the company. The second line, with a budget of 4.5 million CAD, introduced the plant\'s first SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) capability, enabling the production of three distinct product types.Currently planning the implementation of the first coil cutting line of Massilly North America.
