I am an experienced Chief People Officer, executive coach, and trusted adviser now working as a fractional people director with People Puzzles, the UK\'s largest team of senior HR executives embedded inside ambitious businesses on a flexible basis. Our team of 90+ People Directors each bring more than 20 years of board-level experience, backed by a national network sharing live insight from over UK clients. We operate as the Chief People Officer partnering with business owners, senior leadership and in-house HR teams to turn people strategy into a measurable profit driver - lifting productivity, protecting margin through retention, building the leadership bench that growth depends on and de-risking the people side of M&A and post-acquisition integration. With over three decades of business experience from large blue chip companies to owner-led SME’s, my career has included senior HR Executive roles, leading major transformations (culture, M&A,OD), leadership development, coaching and consulting. I’ve spent time in business development and relationship management, adding a commercial and pragmatic approach to my people expertise. I have a languages degree and have worked in Europe, N America, SE Asia and India. Six years as a charity trustee, as well as board, ExCo and senior committee expertise. I am an accredited executive coach, FCIPD, and MBA.
