About Elsa Bullard
I enjoy leading clients through business litigation matters, especially environmental litigation, defense of consumer claims and complex contract disputes. I assist clients in a variety of industries, including food and agriculture, manufacturing, and the transportation industry, where I advise on cutting-edge issues related to autonomous vehicles (AVs). My favorite part of practicing law is working collaboratively with my clients to develop a litigation strategy that matches their business goals. I have assisted clients in major environmental matters involving perfluorochemicals (PFAS), oil spills and other alleged environmental damages. In the courtroom, I am skilled at cross-examining plaintiffs’ experts on complex scientific issues. I am experienced in developing strategy, negotiating and overseeing large settlements. My experience also includes: Foodborne illness litigation Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) litigation Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation Trade secrets litigation Contract disputes Prior to law school, I served in the U.S. Army, leading a platoon in Germany and Kosovo and later serving as a Company Commander in South Korea.
