ABOUT ELONA GJYSHI
Born in Italy to Albanian parents, I’ve always been drawn to migration, human rights, and international cooperation. After earning a BA in Global Governance at Tor Vergata University, where I explored the link between environmental migration and human rights, I’m now pursuing a Master’s in International Cooperation and Development at Sapienza University. I currently work at EF Education First, where I engage with students from around the world, strengthening my skills in communication, coordination, and cultural exchange. Previously, I gained experience at the Embassy of Kosovo, where I deepened my understanding of diplomacy and international affairs. I also worked as a Course Leader for EF in Oxford and New York City and spent time in the U.S. as an Au Pair, further developing my adaptability and intercultural awareness. I’m passionate about policy analysis, research, and international development, always eager to contribute to evidence-based solutions for global challenges. I enjoy connecting with professionals in the field and exploring ways to make a meaningful impact.
