As Operations Director at e-Zee Insurance Solutions, I oversee the full operational backbone of the business from process improvement and project management to compliance, contract review, and financial planning. I\'ve built and refined the frameworks that keep the business moving, and led commercial negotiations with some of the biggest names in the insurance and technology sector. What I enjoy most is getting under the skin of how a business works finding the inefficiencies, untangling the bottlenecks, and putting solutions in place that actually stick. Whether that\'s introducing structured project management, tightening up compliance frameworks, or improving workflows across teams, I take a hands-on, practical approach to operational leadership. I\'ve worked across insurance, consultancy, and SME environments, which has given me a broad perspective and the adaptability to operate effectively at every level of a business.
