ABOUT ELOISE ALDRED

Eloise has had an eventful life and has a wealth of experience in varied sectors of work. A big part of her life was to act \'pro se\' towards the final years of complex family proceedings that engulfed for little over ten years. In 2010 Eloise made the brave step to \'go it alone\' rather than to continue the use of a partner at the family law specialist she had hired. During this time Eloise had to deal with a number of professionals; inclusive of this were CAFCASS, and also build arguments on a pre-empt/forecast of what the opposition and/or other parties would bring in litigation by way of counsel. During this time many skills were learnt that lead Eloise into commencement with the Law degree in which she is currently studying. Eloise\'s skills of quick and lateral thinking under pressure where put to test and proven successful upon the final hearing in October 2013; when the case came to an end and results where made in Eloise\'s favour. Eloise is a confident and organised individual that works with a ethos of \"The strength of the team is each member. The strength of each member is the team\".(Phil Jackson)- Eloise is always eager to learn new thing and accept challenges that appear testing; this allows hers strengths to be used and her weakness\' to be worked on. She is excellent at recognising problems and quick to find resolution; with this her inter personal relations and motivation to succeed are second to no other.
