   Directed design strategy and execution for multiple flagship hotel openings, including award-winning properties recognized by Condé Nast and Travel + Leisure.• Led the full lifecycle of hotel projects across North America and Europe, from conceptual development through grand opening.• Oversaw CapEx design upgrades for existing properties, with a focus on guest-centered enhancements, FF & E, and OS & E programming.• Collaborated cross-functionally with development, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment between design intent and brand vision.• Refined brand standards to enhance design efficiency and guest experience across the portfolio.• Provided creative direction and styling for marketing visuals, including interior staging and branded sales collateral.• Directed vendor procurement strategies, maintained supplier relationships, and led OS & E sourcing.• Developed creative briefs and led the RFP and interview processes for design consultant selection.• Spearheaded interior styling for all major architectural and lifestyle photoshoots across the Virgin Hotels portfolio, reinforcing brand narrative through visual storytelling.
