   Assist in coordination of roofer preparation, including obtaining materials that are not stock and assist with the process of organizing these projects. Assist in packaging tiles sales orders, including the identification and location of materials, and the order in which the sales should be packaged/ shipped. Coordinate the repackaging of materials in the warehouse and in the tile yard and assist with general inventorying and placement of materials. Assist in the development and basic tile and slate education for new employees hired as labors and evaluate their performance for consideration of a greater role within the company.Assist setting up various upcoming Renaissance Roofing projects including procurement of materials required, all logistical requirements, and management of various pieces of equipment required for these projects.Basic email promotion, post card, and online advertising periodically. Development of updated company information (Renaissance Tile and Slate) and target specific distribution of these materials.
