About Elodie Wardle

I am a senior at Wake Forest University with a strong interest in biochemical and biophysical research with connections to medicine. I am pursuing a double major in Chemistry (with a concentration in Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Discovery). and Spanish, with a minor in Biology.My past experience in scientific research has strengthened my ability to problem-solve in a variety of fields. I have conducted novel research in biochemistry, computational biology, and neuroscience, often leveraging deep-learning methods and computational analyses. Furthermore, my experience as an Emergency Medical Technician has developed my strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills in a high pressure environment.I am eager to bring my unique, interdisciplinary skillset into an environment that fosters innovation and continuous learning.    Oversee personnel and publicity operations for a 50+ member collegiate EMS organization• Manage a team of 4 Lieutenants in areas including community engagement, event coordination, and scheduling• Organized 5 National Collegiate EMS Week events, engaging 250+ students, faculty, and local emergency responders
