In my current role, I run “market selection → lead generation → evaluation and negotiation → store delivery” as a measurable pipeline. I partner with marketing to define target segments and lead profiles, improve lead quality through CRM QA and tagging, and conduct due diligence and financial modeling on priority opportunities to set data-driven negotiation guardrails. APAC’s complexity stems from differences in market maturity, real estate structures, and regulation. I run growth through seven modules—Market, Assets, Deals, Delivery, Network Health, Governance, and Digital. We use white-space mapping and sequencing to define the mix of company-owned, master franchise, and area development; lower long-term costs with trade-area and lease strategies; standardize deal quality via admission scoring and unit-economics guardrails; and, post-signing, drive engineering and IT go-lives through milestone governance and checklists. In operations, R/Y/G early-warning signals and field-audit loops stabilize network health; at the governance level, FAC and QBRs reinforce transparent co-governance and corrective mechanisms; and CRM/BI convert learnings into durable data assets. This system has been replicated in 10 countries, shortening cycle times, reducing CAC, and delivering sustainable net adds with profitable unit economics
