About Elodie Oliver
I am a young wine professional, planting roots in the LA wine industry after working the 2022 harvest season in the Central Coast. I am currently pouring for Pali Wine Co. and spearheading their educational programming. I also offer freelance copywriting and brand consulting services to other wineries and wine businesses. My Masters degree in Food Studies and Psychology shaped the critical lens through which I approach the wine industry. My hope is to activate change through thoughtful and engaging consumer education. I am excited about alternative and forward-thinking wine programs, and introducing consumers to ethically-produced wines that defy categorization and, in doing so, encourage a drastic reconsideration of the status quo. I am also the co-host of wine & therapy podcast \"Que Sera Syrah.\"
