COORDINATING THE 1-1 & 1-MANY COMMUNICATION PLAN* Drive the commercial calendar, design and develop the associated communication plan, and ensure local adaptation in the regions.* Oversee the planning and execution of CRM campaigns aligned with seasonal moments, business priorities, and major product launches across 20+ markets* Act as the key CRM contact for internal teams (social media, PR, e-commerce, data) and external agency, ensuring alignment across channels and markets* Coordinated asset delivery, segmentation, and localization to ensure high-performing and on-brand campaignsPROJECT MANAGEMENT* Lead the launch of social CRM channels including LINE, WeChat, and KakaoTalk, overseeing end-to-end execution from platform integration to campaign delivery.* Implementing client er journeys to support conversion, retention and repeat.* Manage campaign timelines, testing phases, and performance KPIs, ensuring operational excellence and driving measurable ROI.* Develop digital tools to support and facilitate in-store clienteling.PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS* Analyze weekly 1-many performance to refine and optimize campaign results.* Analyze the A/B test campaign performance.* Best practices / benchmark in terms of emailing, innovations, CRM and digital trendsRGPD* Introduction of data deletion/opt-out campaigns in collaboration with the legal and privacy departmentTEAM & INTERN MANAGEMENT* Oversee daily and weekly activity workflows to prioritize tasks and ensure external agency wad aligned on key objectives.* Supervise CRM interns, ensuring their effective onboarding and continuous contribution to campaign execution
