ABOUT ELOÁ ARAUJO

Doctor in Soil and Plant Nutrition, focusing on soil and environmental chemistry. During my time in academia, I passed by five different institutions. Gathering a lot of experiences and good relationships. I worked with many supervisors and leaders, and learned important lessons from each one of them. Even though I can perform independently, I really enjoy working in a group. To me, a collaborative and friendly environment is the best way to find creative solutions. I educate, refine, and drive myself to be a better person- I am constantly learning because I never settle- I stay calm when faced with adversity- I focus on making high-quality decisionsEager learner, I am always looking for better ways to do my work, constantly taking courses about data analysis and presentation (Power BI, Excel, R), critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and communication (oral and written skills).Agronomist, I believe that sustainable production depends on evidence-based decisions. I try to look at the agricultural systems from an environmental perspective.
