ABOUT ELMIRA SHOJAEI

Elmira is a healthcare project manager and planner with over 12 years of experience delivering outpatient environments, including primary care, specialty clinics, radiology, and urgent care facilities. She is passionate about space planning and design strategies that enhance patient and staff comfort, support well-being, and improve operational efficiency.A natural problem solver, she believes clear communication among decision-makers is essential not only to successful project execution, but to ensuring every stakeholder feels heard throughout the process. She is known for strong organization, effective AHJ coordination, and the ability to guide healthcare projects from planning through delivery.She is also involved in business development, with proven RFQ and RFP leadership, including the successful Hoag Pickup Family Neurosciences Institute (PFNI) RFP and RFQ/RFP efforts for a confidential Fortune 10 healthcare company that resulted in the award of the West Region scope. She currently serves as the West Region Team Lead and primary point of contact for this client.Beyond project work, she remains engaged in the healthcare design community through participation in HCD conferences, AIA events, and visits to local healthcare facilities. Her leadership and impact were recognized in 2024 as a Greater Irvine Chamber 40 Under 40 Award honoree.
