As Team Leader Health, Safety & Wellbeing I am accountable to provide HSW advice to the organization and its leadership. Exercising a range of HSW practitioner skills and expertise to support the organization in creating a proactive HSW culture and managing risks in key areas of responsibility.Builds and maintains effective relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Lead HSW committees and/or project teams to develop solutions, initiatives, programs and processes.Reporting and analyzing the HSW data collected. Manage Wellbeing programs and processes. • Ensure the HSW team execute a high standard of operational service delivery to Workplace Environments team, People and Culture, Stats wide staff and leadership. Oversee the workflow and output of the HSW team to ensure the function runs efficiently and effectively, and deliver on performance targets.
