The primary research methodology that I employ integrates domain knowledge, statistical and probabilistic methods, network science, and applied machine learning to develop predictive models for improving our understanding of the underlying mechanisms controlling different types of macromolecular interactions and complex diseases. My current research interests aim at leveraging big EHR data and cutting-edge data science approaches to better understand the pathophysiology, treatment responses, clinical trajectories, and outcomes of critical diseases.
