I am thrilled to have started a new position at Big Brothers Big Sisters as the Manager of Match Activities and Unmatched Potential. This agency has been my professional home for the past five years, where I have held various internship positions such as the Sales and Fundraising Intern, Lead Events Intern, Special Events Assistant, Matching and Enrollment Intern, and Activities and Outreach Coordinator. I have always taken pride in saying I work at and I am honored to continue with this team as a full-time employee. My experiences includes working event planning, event management, program development, customer service, answering and making phone calls, drafting and sending emails, data entry, assisting with mailings, event set up and take down, networking, community engagement, public speaking, and social media networking. I have always felt that the most important thing in any role, whether it is a volunteer, internship, or work position, is the feeling of having helped someone in any way possible. I am passionate about working in the non-profit sector and eager to learn more about nonprofit leadership and program development.I am a hardworking and optimistic individual who is not afraid to take on tasks and face challenges. I firmly believe that my past experiences have prepared me for the professional world, and I am excited to continue to grow and develop my skills.
