Ellysha is passionate about community development, organizational growth, and policy-driven change. She has dedicated her career to initiatives that enhance education, welfare, and public engagement. Her experiences span from multiple agencies focused on community development, operational development, human resources, fundraising, children’s welfare, and policy implementation.Through her work, she has led research efforts, engaged in strategic leadership, and fostered positive public communication to gather data for reports, projects, and policy recommendations. At her core, she is driven by a deep commitment to identifying and implementing meaningful improvements that create lasting benefits for future generations.She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a certificate in Local Government Management, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy, Politics, and Law (PPL) and Political Science.Beyond her professional and academic background, she was a dedicated NCAA Division I student-athlete for five years, serving as captain of Binghamton University’s Track and Field team for three years.
