Not your ordinary Talent Acquisition -Young Talent Acquisition who work in world\'s leading meal kit provider, delivering to over 4.2 million households worldwide in 18 countries across 3 continents. Let me run you through my journey I start my people experience since I was in university. I joined biggest youth-led not for profit International Organization in the world, AIESEC, and handle International Internship department.Bring 1600% growth of intern sent worldwide in 2014 for Local Entity AIESEC in Surabaya,#2 biggest city in Indonesia.I step up to help AIESEC in Indonesia in their Internship program which manage 14 university based and 2 city based and increase the growth of intern by 30% in 20••••16 period.Moving forward, I join AIESEC in Thailand in 20••••17 to help their incoming internship program by bringing 28 interns from around the world to Bangkok and rural area near Bangkok to have their international internship in field of Education, Technology, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.My first corporate job as recruiter in small online travel agency handling all aspects of recruitment from sourcing, interview process, negotiation, onboarding, exit interview and employer branding. Next I joined the #1 e-commerce enabler in Southeast Asia and fully in charge for regional end to end recruitment for Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, The Philippines and Malaysia.Currently, I take a role as Global Talent Acquisition Partner focusing to become the partner of all internal commercial stakeholder to fulfil the manpower and support the business also build the connections and branding of HelloFresh.I am keen to discuss about opportunities in HelloFresh, people development, career development, effective and efficient hiring process, candidate experience, data-driven recruitment and trends from ecommerce and technologyLet\'s chat!
