I am an education professional committed to fostering equitable and inclusive learning environments that inspire and empower students and educators. With a focus on creating opportunities prioritizing access and equity, I bring a visionary perspective to curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and program design. My work is grounded in a commitment to equity, ensuring that every decision I make prioritizes access, opportunity, and success for all learners. As a leader, I focus on strengths-based approaches that inspire growth and build team capacity. I’m passionate about fostering collaboration among teachers, students, and families, recognizing that meaningful change happens when all voices are valued. While I continually strive to deepen these relationships, I lead with empathy and a desire to see others succeed. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Fordham University, I am refining my ability to drive systemic change and innovate solutions that elevate educational outcomes. Whether designing programs to meet diverse needs or developing professional learning experiences for educators, my goal is to create schools where excellence and equity are inseparable.
