Currently enhancing the digital user experience for our team members and clients in BMO Commercial Banking; working in Agile as a lead UX/UI Designer with developers, product owners, and business analysts to continuously improve and deliver digital financial solutions.• Led the end-to-end UX and content design of the Digital KYC Tool (DKT), replacing an error-prone PowerApps form with a unified, intuitive workflow that improved data accuracy, reduced backlogs, and enhanced collaboration between AML Analysts and Commercial Bankers.• Led the design of a bulk document upload feature for BMO’s commercial banking platform, reducing time-on-task compared to the legacy one-by-one upload flow and improving efficiency.• Increased user adoption of BMO’s eTasks Portal through a redesign of core functionalities.
