In my current role, I manage high-volume recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and coordinating multiple assessment centres each month. I assess candidate suitability by looking beyond qualifications and job titles, using structured feedback and my own professional judgement to identify the best fit for apprenticeship roles. I work proactively with a wide range of stakeholders, including employers and curriculum teams, to support a smooth recruitment and onboarding process, consistently meeting deadlines and performance targets. I promote a culture of high expectations and accountability, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage. I am committed to fostering inclusiveness and diversity, encouraging colleagues and learners to share best practices and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes. My role also includes leading employer engagement initiatives, building strong and collaborative relationships and influencing senior stakeholders to support recruitment objectives. Through social media promotion and networking, I contribute to strengthening the employer brand and improving the apprenticeship recruitment pipeline.
