The Elli Schultz you see today is the product of different eras of defining myself. I would be selling you short to not allow you to get to know them all!West Tennessee born and raised, I grew up the daughter of a small town football coach and school teacher. Having pride in work ethic and a competitive nature to win is something that has followed me into each of the following titles I have been blessed to experience in my 27 years of life.Going on to live out childhood dreams, I then became a student-athlete and graduate of Union University. Here I received a fantastic education while chasing championships as a part of a historic women\'s basketball program. The experiences I had and relationships I formed during these four years redefined my idea of what a leader looks like.(This is also where I meet my future husband. keep note of this for a few lines down). Before my final collegiate season ended, I landed a great role in sales at Ramsey Solutions, Dave Ramsey\'s company. One week after walking off the basketball court for the last time, I packed my things and moved to Nashville! During my 2 years there, they took a chance on the young, energetic student of sales I had become, and plunged me into a senior sales role. My confidence soared as I saw my natural strengths mesh so well with the competitive environment of a high functioning sales team.In a crazy turn of events, the era of military spouse was upon me! After almost 6 years together, my now husband and I eloped (and saved a LOT of money) in November 2022. After attempting a long distance marriage, a tough decision was made. I left my amazing job in Nashville, packed up my life, and moved out to San Diego, California to be with Spencer in February 2023. Now here we stand. Present day. A new era upon us!We are back in West TN where this story started. I am blessed to be Director of Marketing at Union University and have another era of my life dedicated to this university! There is much to learn, there is much to apply. And most importantly, I am now in my working mom era. In July 2024, our baby boy, Beckett, joined the party. He is my why!When I look at my story in these short words, it is SO evident that God is before me, behind me, and ALL OVER TODAY! Follow along for what is to come.
