ABOUT ELLIS SIMS
I am a Chartered Surveyor with broad experience across commercial and residential real estate, combining valuation and advisory work with a strong background in business development. Since entering the real estate sector in 2017, I have developed experience across both transactional and professional disciplines. My current role is focused on professional work, including Red Book valuations across a wide range of asset classes, including trading valuations, alongside lease advisory and enfranchisement instructions. Earlier in my career, I was involved in commercial agency, including leasing, acquisitions and disposals, which provides a well-rounded understanding of both transactional and advisory aspects of the market. In parallel, I have built a consistent track record in originating work and generating fees, supported by a foundation in sales across B2C and B2B environments, including telecoms, software and high-end residential property in London.
