ABOUT ELLIS GOULD
Ellis Gould is a real estate developer based in Los Angeles. He is currently pursuing his Master\'s in Real Estate Development (MRED) at USC. He is also working with Scannell Properties, an industrial real estate development firm, where he focuses on ground-up projects across southern California and the southwest. Projects that Ellis has been involved with include distribution centers, cold-storage facilities, and manufacturing plants. Ellis has experience in investment banking, previously having worked in M&A at both Perella Weinberg Partners (PWP) and Duff & Phelps (nka Kroll). He began his career at BlackRock, where he spent 3 years focused on Business Development & Product Strategy in the firm\'s Retirement Group. Before beginning his career, Ellis graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Environmental Studies. Raised in Chicago, he played hockey and lacrosse while attending high school at Loomis Chaffee in Connecticut.
