About Elli Rader
I am a Chief Growth Officer building a new breed of services company to help organizations leverage AI to achieve transformative growth and create exceptional customer experiences. Previously a Partner at West Monroe, where I helped scale their product practice to $100M while leading a team of 60+ digital product managers. I also co-host the Professional Humans podcast, an exploration into the challenges we face as working individuals who are trying to integrate work and life – to balance our personal beliefs and identities, raise our families, and feel successful, at least on most days. I was the co-founder, curator and photographer for the non profit organization Of Scars, a project that explored all the facets of living with the scars of breast cancer through photography, education, and networking / community outreach.
