ABOUT ELLIOTT DALE

Being in business means making important decisions and navigating risks all the time. I, alongside a great team, help people develop and execute business models and strategies, think through negotiations, find the right questions to answer, and cap their risk or assume it- eyes wide open.We most often work in the areas of day-to-day business operations, contracts and documentation, strategic growth and business planning, corporate/entity maintenance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and human resources and employee issues. We happily consult with clients and contacts on novel or complex business and legal issues of all sorts to identify resources, choices and next steps.We help individuals buy and sell real estate and handle related issues, start, buy and grow businesses, structure and navigate business partnerships, sort through family issues and estate planning, and work through all the other random personal legal issues that come with life.I have an MBA, four years hands-on experience managing a small business, and 10 years of overall business experience before I started practicing law - this informs my approach to lawyering. I love dissecting business models, identifying hidden risks and figuring out practical ways to deal with them and move on, and playing devil’s advocate in a productive, thought-provoking way to clarify options and get to a decision point. I am a husband and father to three school-age kiddos. I love to travel abroad, eat, and explore new experiences closer to home. My give-back time is focused on helping build a better infrastructure for families navigating disability and inclusion, and helping underserved business owners and entrepreneurs level up.I invest in relationships and I have a long career runway to offer clients and resource partners.
