The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud-based platform, with tasks including but not limited to business analysis, data cleansing, report writing, testing, implementation, and maintenance. The Business Intelligence Analyst is also responsible for building and maintaining all operational reporting in the BI solutions.• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues including but not limited to support tickets, standard and ad-hoc report requests, system errors, etc; follow up with end users to confirm issues are fully resolved.• Ensure scripts, automated tasks, and reports are accurate and run according to schedule.• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions (e.g, dashboards, reports, data visualizations).• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business objectives.• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and integrity of reported information.• Maintain Dynamics 365 Business Central (EquipSoft) Equipment Dealer Management system and drive continuous improvement.• Perform data cleanup, migration, upload of data and setups as needed to pilot and production companies within ERP.• Assist with ongoing Business Event testing and end user training through development of documentation and training programs.• Maintain and develop standard and custom user permission sets and group memberships, review, and audit regularly to ensure appropriate end user access. • Work directly with departments to analyze and gather business requirements, implement, and test all new and existing modules, integrations, customizations, and application upgrades.
